Please take a moment to remember Umbrella's general rule to maintenance: shoot bullets at whatever it is until it's fixed. Thank you, and have a nice day! ~ W.Birkin

This is the game Resident Evil 4 should have been. It combines the over the shoulder aim of RE4, but the one room at a time feel of the traditional RE's.
The intro of this game is the most badass thing I have ever seen. A group of armed soldiers board a ship. They divide into teams of three and each take a side to walk down. You see everything through the eyes of one of the soldiers, and for the most part they look like the U.B.C.S.
They walk slowly towards a set of stairs, but gunfire starts and the team climb over a barrier to assist their teammates. They reach the other side to find body parts and blood everywhere.
The other two members move forward, and one is immediately killed by something. You get knocked down, and your last teammate gets picked up and ripped in half.
Then you finally see the opening credits.
You are Hansen, an American coast guard. Yes, you are truly pathetic and no one believes in you. No, you can’t climb over things and generally suck ass. You have a team of at least 3, but I really don’t know because all of your team die and I have yet to encounter anyone in an orange vest like me.
The captain of our little team is found dead in a bathroom, and once I search his body for some radio access codes, I hear moaning behind me. A man cut in half is slowly crawling towards me, moaning things I don’t understand. He crawls a few feet, until someone else takes a meat cleaver to the back of his head. Then the person with the meat cleaver runs at me.
The game does have its problems and perks.
Good: A little while into the game, you find some mercenaries. They are piss scared, and shoot everything that moves. Its rather funny watching one of them shoot at a rat. They try and kill you, but I usually respond with two to the chest and one to the head.
If you down one(shoot out the knees), you hear him moaning and begging for life. I shoot him until he stops moving.
Eventually, the zombies start battling the mercenaries. The zombies always win, but its rather funny to look down and watch.
A living man gives you a weird tranq gun that shoots a chemical that the zombie things like a lot. You are not supposed to shoot it at the zombies, but when you they tear each other apart the thing you shot.
That man, who gave you the tranq gun, has something burst out of his chest in a really cool manner.
Bad: Eventually you rescue a girl, and she is generally horrible at everything. I have 4 guns by now, my trusty pistol/flashlight, a shotgun, an AK-47, and the tranq gun. I cannot seem to give her any one of those.
There are tentacle things that crawl inside people, making the zombies. You often have to down one, and then either stomp or shoot off the head. Then either stomp or shoot the spider tentacle thing.
I have a pistol, and the men with guns have MP5’s. I cannot take their guns for some reason.
The ship I’m on is very small, and difficult to navigate. It doesn’t give me a map either.
My character is American, and somehow knows Russian. Russian lettering is outside the door, and I have to aim at if for a few seconds until it tells me which room it is.
Pressing triangle near a rail lets you grab it. I have yet to find a use for this.
Maps are for sissies. Back in my day, we had to waste the only food we had in order to form trails. More often than not, our trails were gobbled up by passing birds. This sometimes led to nasty encounters with cannibalistic witches.
Luckily their houses were all edible, so we usually managed to get by.

Right now I need to find a module. I know where the Main Drilling Module is, I can see the Scientific Module(where I need to go), and I don't know where the Habitat module is.
I can't play that game. Its up to the point where things jump out at you. I ran out of ammo early on. The lights would flick off and I would shoot randomly in the hopes of not being eaten by something.
I've suddenly found myself in a situation in which all three of the MMOs I play are no longer able to be played. Or rather, they could be played, but it would be in a severely lessened form.
However, my 360 has died for the second time. This leaves me with my trusty ole PS2.

I had to avoid this whole topic and skip to the bottom, in order to avoid spoilers.
I just bought cold fear 2 days ago about to start playing it ^_^
