So like most TV networks these days, Animal Planet runs their own series of paranormal
series. Of these include: Finding Bigfoot, Haunted, Freak Encounters, and Lost Tapes.

Lost Tapes is an American horror/thriller docudrama television series that airs on Animal Planet.
Produced by Go Go Luckey Entertainment, the program presents fictional found footage depicting
traumatic encounters with cryptozoological creatures (cryptids), including the Chupacabra and
Bigfoot, and even supernatural creatures such as the werewolf, vampire, and extraterrestrials: alien,
reptilians.

The first and second seasons are played up straight, very much like the blair witch project, with the
episodes being presented as true evidence but left open for viewer interpretation. Season three is
different, it drops the premise of the events possibly being true and goes for straight up fictional
scenarios, even featuring re-occurring characters.

Now that we have a bit of an introduction out of the way, lets move on to why I'm posting this. The
first episode of season 3 features a story about zombies that feels VERY resident evil-ish and I
very much recommend watching it.

I've seen a few scattered episodes over the seasons. This one has been the best so far easily.
